DIFC is the one address in Dubai where the same client often needs both a home and a workplace furnished to the same standard. Residences here are apartments and penthouses with fixed floor plans and storage that has to be built in; offices and private suites need joinery that reads as considered rather than corporate. Both are millimetre work, and both have to be installed around a building that is occupied.

We design, manufacture and install — all in house, with nothing subcontracted.

• Fitted wardrobes and walk-ins — built to the alcove, the ceiling height and the door swing you actually have.

• Living and lounge seating — scaled to the apartment rather than to a showroom floor. See living room work.
• Executive desks and office joinery — desks, credenzas, meeting tables and storage walls in the same materials as the residential work.
• Reception and boardroom fit-out — panelling, feature walls and built-in storage for private offices and suites.
• Dining tables and sideboards — sized to the space you have. See dining work.
• Full apartment or office fit-out — the complete interior package, room by room.

How It Works

1. Private consultation — we come to you, at a time that suits you.
2. Site measurement — every dimension taken by the people who will build the piece.
3. Design and quotation — drawings, materials and finishes agreed before anything is cut.
4. Manufacture — built in our own atelier, typically 8–10 working days.
5. Delivery and installation — fitted by our own team, scheduled around building access and working hours.

Payment terms are 60% to begin, 30% before delivery and installation, and 10% on completion.

Materials and Finishes

Natural stone, solid oak and walnut, veneers, fluted and slatted timber, lacquers, leathers and performance fabrics. Material and finish choices are yours at every stage — nothing is fixed to a standard range.
