District One villas are built on large floor plates with contemporary architecture and long, uninterrupted spans — lagoon-facing living rooms, double-height volumes and rooms that are simply bigger than furniture is normally made for. Scale is the recurring problem here: a sofa that looks generous in a showroom disappears in a room this size.

We design, manufacture and install — all in house, with nothing subcontracted.

What We Make

• Oversized seating — modular and fixed arrangements built to the span of the room rather than to a standard three-seater. See living room work.
• Double-height feature and media walls — veneer, fluted timber, stone and integrated lighting at full wall height.
• Beds and headboard walls — full-wall headboards scaled to master suites built at mansion proportions. See bedroom work.
• Walk-in dressing rooms — island units, glazed display and full-height joinery.
• Long dining tables — made to the room and to the number you host, with matching sideboards. See dining work.
• Kitchens, show kitchens and pantries — islands, tall units and back-of-house joinery.
• Full villa fit-out — the complete interior package, room by room.

How It Works

1. Private consultation — we come to you, at a time that suits you.
2. Site measurement — every dimension taken by the people who will build the piece.
3. Design and quotation — drawings, materials and finishes agreed before anything is cut.
4. Manufacture — built in our own atelier, typically 8–10 working days.
5. Delivery and installation — fitted by our own team, scheduled around you.

Payment terms are 60% to begin, 30% before delivery and installation, and 10% on completion.

Materials and Finishes

Natural stone, solid oak and walnut, veneers, fluted and slatted timber, lacquers, leathers and performance fabrics. Material and finish choices are yours at every stage — nothing is fixed to a standard range.
