We customize all types of furniture including beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining tables, chairs, vanities, coffee tables, TV units, kitchen cabinets, and walk-in closets — for villas, apartments, and offices.
2. Do you offer home or office visits for consultations?
Yes! We offer free design consultations. Our team can visit your location with catalogs, samples, and material options to guide you through the customization process.
3. Where are you located?
We are based in Al Jurf, Ajman, UAE. You are welcome to visit our furniture factory and office by appointment to view designs and materials.
4. Do you provide delivery and installation?
Yes, we provide delivery and installation services across the UAE. Our team handles everything from transport to on-site setup.
5. How long does it take to make custom furniture?
Production time depends on the complexity of the design, but typically takes 10–20 working days. Larger projects may vary.
6. What materials and finishes do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of woods, laminates, fabrics, PU polish, high gloss, matt finishes, and more. You can choose everything from structure to color during consultation.
7. Do you make furniture for commercial spaces?
Yes. We design and manufacture custom furniture for offices, salons, clinics, cafes, and other commercial spaces based on client requirements.
8. What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% advance payment to begin production. The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery or installation.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Since all items are made-to-order, cancellations are not allowed once production has started. We recommend confirming all details before finalizing.
10. What if there is damage or an issue with my furniture?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any damage or defect upon delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
