At Furmories Furniture, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, transparency, and customer satisfaction with every custom-made furniture piece. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

🧾 Order & Payment Policy

  • All furniture is custom-made according to your selected design, materials, finishes, and dimensions.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable before or on the day of delivery and installation.
  • We accept bank transfers, cash payments, and approved payment links.

🕒 Production Timeline

  • Production generally takes 30–40 working days, depending on design complexity and production schedule.
  • Large orders and complete home furnishing projects may require additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

🚚 Delivery & Installation Policy

  • We provide delivery and professional installation services across the UAE.
  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order size.
  • Our experienced team ensures safe transportation, careful handling, and professional installation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the installation site on the scheduled delivery date.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Since every furniture item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has started.
  • Please carefully review all measurements, colors, materials, finishes, and specifications before confirming your order.

🛠️ Damage & Warranty Policy

  • Any damage occurring during delivery or installation must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the furniture.
  • If a manufacturing defect or delivery-related issue is identified, Furmories Furniture will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.
  • We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering structural manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, improper maintenance, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

🔐 Privacy & Data Protection Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. All customer information, project details, design preferences, and contact information are kept strictly confidential.
  • We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

📸 Content & Media Usage

  • Furmories Furniture may photograph or record furniture pieces during production and after installation.
  • These photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, online portfolio, and marketing materials to showcase our craftsmanship.
  • We never reveal customers' personal information or identifiable details of their homes without permission.
  • If you prefer that your completed project not be featured in our promotional content, please let us know when placing your order, and we will fully respect your request.
