At Furmories Interiors, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, transparency, and customer satisfaction with every custom-made furniture piece. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Order & Payment Policy

• All furniture is custom-made according to your selected design, materials, finishes, and dimensions.
• A 60% advance payment is required to confirm the order and begin production.
• A further 30% is payable before delivery and installation.
• The remaining 10% is payable after completion.
• We accept bank transfers, cash payments and approved secure payment links. Available payment options will be confirmed when your order is placed.

Production Timeline

• Custom furniture generally requires 8–10 working days for production. The exact timeline depends on the design, materials, order size and current production schedule, and will be confirmed with your quotation.
• Large orders and complete home furnishing projects may require additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery & Installation Policy

• We provide delivery and professional installation services across the UAE.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order size.
• Our experienced team ensures safe transportation, careful handling, and professional installation.
• Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the installation site on the scheduled delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Since every furniture item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has started.
• Please carefully review all measurements, colours, materials, finishes, and specifications before confirming your order.

Damage & Warranty Policy

• Any damage occurring during delivery or installation must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the furniture.
• If a manufacturing defect or delivery-related issue is identified, Furmories Interiors will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.
• We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering structural manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, improper maintenance, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

• Your privacy is important to us. All customer information, project details, design preferences, and contact information are kept strictly confidential.
• We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Content & Media Usage

• Furmories Interiors may photograph or record furniture pieces during production and after installation.
• These photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, online portfolio, and marketing materials to showcase our craftsmanship.
• We never reveal customers personal information or identifiable details of their homes without permission.
• If you prefer that your completed project not be featured in our promotional content, please let us know when placing your order, and we will fully respect your request.
