Dome Dining Chair

The Dome rises from a wide upholstered cone base — flared at the floor, narrowing as it climbs — before opening into a full rounded barrel chair above. Back, arms, seat, and base all flow into one another in unbroken chalk bouclé, no seam interrupting the eye, no frame breaking the surface. It reads as a single sculpted object, the kind that makes you stop mid-conversation to work out what you are looking at.

The barrel upper is generously proportioned — high enough to support your back fully, wide enough to feel unhurried, with arms that curve forward and downward into the seat in one continuous gesture. The bouclé is soft and textural, chalk-pale and warm, catching light differently across the cone and the curve — the same fabric doing two entirely different things depending on where you look.

At a dining table it is the chair everyone notices and nobody can quite describe. In a room alone, it holds its own against anything.
