A long oval top — softly rounded at both ends, smooth and unhurried — rests above two solid chalk plaster cylinders, wide and grounded, their circular bases planted firmly on the floor with the quiet confidence of something that has never needed to justify itself. Every surface is the same matte chalk finish, the same tone, the same texture. No contrast. No hardware. No interruption. Just pure, considered form in a single unbroken material.

The oval top overhangs the cylinders on all sides, its edge thin and clean, making the whole piece appear lighter than its solid construction suggests. The cylinders themselves are substantial — not delicate posts but genuine pillars, giving the console a presence that reads as architectural rather than merely decorative.
