معظم الطاولات الجانبية للأطفال تكون مجرد إضافة لاحقة. أما "بوابة" (The Portal) فهي أول ما يلفت الانتباه.
قاعدة جريئة على شكل حرف U بلون أزرق داكن غير لامع تدعم سطحًا مستطيلًا عريضًا ومسطحًا يتدلى عن قصد من جميع الجوانب — واثق، ورسومي، ودقيق من الناحية المعمارية. يوجد داخل القوس درج نصف دائري بمقبض واحد مستدير يضيف مساحة تخزين مخفية دون الإخلال بالهندسة.
تتناغم "بوابة" (The Portal) بشكل جميل مع أي من أسرة فورموريز (Furmories) الفردية للأطفال — لتضيف لمسة نحتية جانب السرير تبدو مدروسة بنفس القدر الذي يبدو عليه السرير المجاور.
مصنوعة يدويًا حسب الطلب في فورموريز (Furmories) باللون والأبعاد التي تختارها.
